El Roble is situated on top of its own hill in the mountains behind Estepona. It has spectacular views in all directions, is only 5 minutes from the beach, 10 minutes from Estepona and 20 minutes from the world famous Puerto Banus, Marbella.

Located between a good number of golf courses in both directions, the area is one of natural beauty and is set away from any built up areas with no construction going on within miles! There are tracks to walk along right from the doorstep and an equestrian centre just 2 minutes away.

The accommodation comfortably sleeps 8 in 3 air conditioned double bedrooms; 2 bedrooms each with a kingsize bed and 1 with 2 kingsize beds, perfect for families. A large open plan lounge and dining area features a 50 inch plasma tv with satellite tv and DVD player. Fully equipped kitchen and two bathrooms. Outside there are three terraces, a large private pool (11m x 5m), mature gardens and private parking for several cars.

Villa El Roble is privately owned and is the only holiday home that we manage; it is also where we take our holidays. We manage it ourselves and it is us that you will meet when you arrive on holiday, we have owned the Villa for eight years and have built on the experience during that time. It is also us that will give you the support while you are there. It is not run by any other holiday company or agent so you will only deal with us directly the owners. We take great pride in our Villa and in the service that you get as guests. We realise that your annual holiday is very important; so we work very hard to ensure your stay at our beautiful villa is a very enjoyable one.

Sometimes it is the small things that can really annoy us, you won’t open the wardrobe doors and find a few hangers (how annoying is that!!) you will have more hangers than you need, how refreshing! Also the kitchen cupboards are well stocked with crockery and cutlery and all the things that we need at home.

We have stayed at other holiday homes that when you open the cupboard to get out a cup or glass and find there are only a few there. You will not have this problem at El Roble; even if you did manage to use them all, the dishwasher will soon put that problem to bed!. It is for these reasons and many more that we have returning guests each year, so why not give us a try?

Remember: You can reserve the dates that you want for next year by paying a holding fee of £99 this will secure the date for you with no deposit required until March 1st and then it will only be 25% of the remaining balance with the final payment 8 weeks before you go.

Useful information about Malaga Airport

Reduced Mobility
For guests with reduced mobility travelling through Malaga Airport there is a new service provided by the Spanish Airports Authority called “Sin Barreras” (No Barriers) Members of staff are provided to accompany the disabled or those with mobility difficulties throughout their time at the airport.
 
Staff are easily recognized by their bright yellow tops.
 
Departures: The passenger is met at one of the meeting points and accompanied to the check-in desk, where help is provided if necessary. They are then accompanied through security controls as far as their seat on the aircraft.
 
Arrivals: Passengers are met off the plane, helped with their hand luggage, accompanied through passenger control and baggage reclaim and taken to the arranged meeting point.

Notification: In order to guarantee the quality of the service offered users are advised to notify the airport at least 48 hours in advance of their flight. When the disabled passenger arrives at one of the airports meeting points, a member of staff will be informed and will go to meet them. From then on this employee accompanies the passenger throughout the checking in process, helping with the paperwork in necessary. Ten special meeting points have been set up at Malaga airport to help with the functioning of this service. These are in the car parks, outside arrivals and in the check-in areas.
